Abstract:
According to university policy, Associate Professor Randy Hyman should have been entitled to three months notice prior to his reassignment from vice chancellor for Academic Support and Student Life on Sept. 1, 2009.
According to Hyman, that notification came no earlier than July 10, which would mean the policy was not followed....
Shocked and concerned for the UMD students..
