**Shop for fruits and vegetables  by color to get different hue-related nutrients:

-Green: lutein for better vision

-Yellow/Orange: carotenols to battle cancer

-Red: lycopene to protect against heart disease

-Blue/Purple: anthocyanins to suppress tumors

-White: multiple minerals and vitamins

**A recent study found that people, who consistently drink non-fat milk after resistance training, gained:

-40 percent more muscle mass than those who consumed soy drinks

-60 percent more muscle mass than those who consumed carbohydrate-based sports drinks

**A common myth: Bottled water is safer than tap water.

The truth: Tap water is more rigorously checked than bottled water. Tap water is overseen by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which screens water more often and has stricter standards than the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which oversees standards for bottled water.
